Admin Management of rtSurvey system

There are three main features: Project List, Tracking and User management.

1. Project List

This section will show all project list in rtSurvey system. You can also view detail of a project by clicking Eye icon in the last column, you will see project detail as below:

2. Tracking

This section will show list of top-up requests by bank transfer method.

To confirm the deposit of customers, click the Confirm button, you will see the following dialog

Will RTA’s accountant check whether the money transferred by the customer is correct? If it is correct, enter the amount in the “Enter Amount” input and click the Submit button to confirm and immediately the money will return to the customer’s account.

3. User Management

This section will show all user list in rtSurvey system.

  • You can add credit for a user by clicking the plus icon in the last column with the corresponding user you want to add credit, you will see dialog as below:

    You only need to enter the amount and click submit button, the money will immediately be loaded into the user’s account
